The five-stage process
From qualifying an overseas supplier to getting imported product on the shelf, we manage every stage in between. Start with the complete pipeline or bring us in where your current process needs support. Export and outbound freight can also be coordinated when required.
01Stage 1
Sourcing & Procurement
We identify and qualify suppliers across major sourcing markets including China, the USA, India and Vietnam. Our team supports pricing assessment, quality assurance and the checks relevant to your product and the New Zealand market, helping you make an informed sourcing decision.
02Stage 2
Export Preparation & Packaging
We coordinate packaging, palletising, wrapping and labelling so your goods are prepared for export from the supplier's origin market to New Zealand. By consolidating shipments around the freight plan, we help imports move efficiently and arrive ready for the next stage.
03Stage 3
Sea Freight & Customs Clearance
We coordinate FCL sea freight from your supplier's origin port into New Zealand, managing customs and biosecurity clearance requirements on arrival. Outbound and export freight support is also available when required, while imports remain the core flow we manage.
04Stage 4
Warehousing & 3PL Storage
On arrival, we manage container pickup and dropoff, devanning and repackaging or relabelling where required. We then store your inventory in flexible 3PL warehousing shaped around your stock levels and order flow.
05Stage 5
Fulfilment, Returns & Reordering
We pick, pack and dispatch your orders through courier or freight delivery, and manage the flow of returns. Our team also supports your reordering cycle so the process keeps running without you managing every handoff.
