Service scope
The services, responsibilities, timeframes and fees for each engagement are set out in the relevant quote, scope of work or service agreement. Website information is general and does not replace those agreed terms.
External dependencies
Some outcomes depend on factors outside Prime Globalex’s direct control, including supplier performance, carrier schedules and the processing requirements or decisions of customs, biosecurity and other regulatory bodies.
Timing and outcomes
We apply reasonable care and coordination to each engagement. However, customs and regulatory clearance timing, freight transit timing, supplier performance, and quality, compliance or certification results cannot be guaranteed.
Estimates and updates
Dates, lead times and expected outcomes are estimates based on the information available at the time. They may change as an engagement progresses, and we will communicate material updates as soon as reasonably practicable.
